Fit4Life

Fit4Life is a fitness programme which is suitable for beginners through to regular runners. The emphasis is on meeting with people of a similar ability on a regular basis to walk or run. It is open to both Men and Women and you can start at any age. No previous experience is required and you can choose a pace to suit your level of fitness.

 

The Chapelizod Fit4Life programme takes place every Monday & Wednesday at 6.45pm. The group meets at the club house and sessions are led by Barry Potts and all beginner runners and walkers are welcome.
