At the Leinster Senior indoors track championship in Nenagh, congratulations to Antoine Rousine who won silver in the 60m running 7.10 seconds.
 
There were great runs at the Dungarvan John Treacy 10 mile race from the band of Donore runners who travelled down for the race.  Philip Hennessy was 1st home in 27th place in a time of 56.18, Joe Fagan was 57.52, George Brady 58.42, Dave Heffernan 59.27, Ronan Lambe 61.38 and Dave Gaffney 70.10 - well done lads.
 
Big numbers of Donore runners competed at the Raheny 5 in miserabley wet conditions.  First home was Ian O'Leary 27.21, Gerry McDonald dipped under the 30 minute mark in 29.59.  Florence Curley was 1st woman home in 31.53, Michelle Rowley ran 34.38 and new recruit Emma Nelligan ran 34.43 - the ladies team were 2nd and well done to

Congratulations also to Kevin English who finished 2nd in the Hell and Back 10k at Kilruddery Estate - a race/obstable course billed as Ireland's toughest 10k!
